Welcome to James River Women's Rugby Football Club. River Women are committed to continuing our tradition of success, both on and off the pitch. We had an awesome and exciting year in 2007, and made it to the MARFU playoffs representing DII-South, taking our team to a new level. We are improving our efforts and developing our skills in the spring, and look forward to a great competitive season in the Fall 2008. Our schedule of matches, tournaments and other team events just keep getting better for veterans and rookies alike. Come out to play - No previous athletic experience required! |

Now that the XVs season has come to a close it's time for Summer 7's. Practice begins on May 19 and will take place on Monday and Wednesday nights at our 7's home pitch location. Monday will consist of playing touch and Wednesdays will focus on skills and drills for those participating in tournaments. Tournament schedule will be posted soon.
